Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, providing excellent customer service, managing phone calls, and handling administrative tasks. As the face of our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth daily operations.

  • Greeting and Welcoming Visitors: Greet visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Managing Phone Calls: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
  • Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
  • Scheduling and Appointments: Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
  • Mail and Deliveries: Sort and distribute mail and deliveries to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintaining Reception Area: Keep the reception area tidy and presentable with all necessary materials (pens, forms, brochures, etc.).
  • Customer Service: Assist visitors and staff with inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Office Supplies: Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring the reception area is fully stocked.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a related field is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Organization: Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers and fax machines).
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve issues effectively.
