We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our Tech Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. This role requires someone who is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors with a positive, helpful attitude. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Phone and Email Handling: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Respond to emails promptly and professionally.
- Administrative Support: Assist the marketing team with various administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files.
- Customer Service: Provide accurate information to clients and visitors regarding company services and products.
- Office Coordination: Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges). Keep the reception area tidy and presentable.
- Tech Assistance: Troubleshoot basic IT issues and provide support to the team with office equipment and software.
- Event Support: Assist in the coordination and preparation of marketing events and meetings.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
- Experience: Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role. Experience in a tech or marketing environment is preferred.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g., e-calendars and copy machines).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
