HR Recruitment Manager
As a Recruitment Manager your main responsibility would be to search for suitablelosely with the human resources (HR) department of the company to understand the firm's hiring needs. Directly seeking job candidates, screening resumes and following employment laws are regular work activities for a recruitment manager. Concentrating each day on the hiring needs of the company is the principle focus of your job. Typically, you would use job portals to place online ads directed at qualified candidates. As a Recruitment Manager, traveling will also be part of your profile. After the interested candidates contact you, you then will follow through by replying and directing these prospects through the interview process. You will have to ask first the interested applicants to submit their resume. Then after reading through a stack of resumes at one sitting you set aside the ones that show promise. Of these, you will check references and education information. After that step, you will then contact the narrowed down applicants for an interview.
